MSP: New Restaurant in Andy's Garage?

Anyone try this on University and I believe Fairview in the old Andy's Garage space? Judging from the plastered signs it serves all-day breakfast, Asian buffet, fish and chips, St. Patrick's Day specials, and, intriguingly, some Filipino food. My guess is not-good, based on the number of food types offered. Actually a friend went there this weekend and said the fish and chips were FINE (nothing special but not bad) but overpriced.

I don't see a name on this place, but it's plastered with bright neon signs, so you can't miss it (they haven't taken down the Andy's Garage sign).

    1. That's Mabuhay, a new American-Filipino restaurant. HeavyTable wrote about it here:

Mr. Tastebud (my husband) went here last week for lunch, with a bunch of his work buddies. He said he didn't see any Filipino food on the menu, and he wasn't impressed with the American food, though I forget what he had.

Perhaps it was opening-week issues, though. Would love to hear from anyone who's had their Filipino dishes.
