Any Baking/Chocolate Classes in English

I'm trying to find classes/ workshops in pastry, bread and/or chocolate making (in English) that are in or around Montreal.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Appetite for Books (formerly Bon Appetit Cookbooks in Westmount) is holding a couple of baking workshops in April with Nick Malgieri, Director of Pastry at the Culinary Institute of Education in New York. More info here (scroll down):

I recommend you call the Académie Culinaire in Old Montréal or La Guilde Culinaire and tell them they should offer baking classes in English.
