molecular gastronomy in calgary?

anyone know where to find good quality sodium alginate and calcium chloride in calgary?

      (If I may...) Not Calgary, but Vancouver (Richmond actually).

      You can order molecular kits in small amounts online here at DC Duby (..great chocolate as well, BTW).

        Thanks for the tip. the other place i found is called l'epicerie, and is in NY. they ship from there but it is more expensive than DC Duby.

          Just found a place in south Calgary on Canyon Meadows Drive called "Flavours of the World". The owner told me that they do carry various things for molecular gastronomy, and did specifically say that he carried Sodium alginate.
