Breakfast between Texarkana and Hope, AR

I will be on a road trip this summer and starting my second day from Texarkana. I am looking for a good, down home place to get some breakfast soon after heading toward Memphis. Are there any places you can recommend in the Texarkana/Hope area? Thanks!
