With lots to learn still about cuts of meat, a lamb roast is a new term for me.
However, the meat counter at Seward Co-op is taking orders now for legs and racks of lamb for Easter. They might be a place to start?

Are you looking for a leg, shoulder or a loin rack?
We bought a loin rack at Clancy's last month that was very good and they frenched it for us upon request. We've purchased leg/shank from Holy Land and Kramarczuk's as well.

This probably isn't news to a lot of you, but I talked to the guys at the Wedge and they said they do legs and shoulders (also focused around Easter time, but they'll do it anytime).
I got some shoulder chops from them last weekend and ended up making a delicious stew.

I saw several cuts of lamb at the Lunds on Lake St last week.
