It's been a long time since I went to Cafe 14, but I was very impressed the one time I tried it. It was far superior to any place I had ever been in the Thousand Oaks/Agoura area. It was far superior to Olive Garden.
If you do a search of this board for "Cafe 14," you will see a number of positive comments, though most of them are from a few years ago.
