All things BBQ

A friend is wanting to try Coker's BBQ in Arlington tomorrow so in seeing what I could find in the way of reviews, I came across this site.

For you aficionados of BBQ, disregard the info on Coker's, but see the side bar to the left - contains interesting BBQ links for Texas and parts otherwise.

I'm glad you like the site. I hate to keep you waiting for food porn, but I'm headed to a doozy of a Central Texas BBQ blitzkrieg next weekend. I'll be sure to get some good close-ups of some beautiful protein. I'm always looking for input about what folks want to see. I try to write more detailed reviews of the places I really enjoy, and leave the lower tier reviews a bit more sparse.

I did make the SideDish Blogroll! Now, I've got to go eat some more meat.

Perhaps a coupon to Coker's for half off would make it more enticing for your friend!

I saw the blog but where is the pictures (food porn) of the smoked meats? Where is the detailed info? This guy is trying to get on the D Magazine BlogRoll. I think he needs to put more detail into the reports and some pictures would be even better.

Thanks for the coupon pointer! Coupons are my best friend, except when they require purchasing a drink, negating the value of the coupon.

I just found that site a couple weeks ago; and you are right. It's amazing.
