Nice party room for a baby shower in June?

Any suggestions for a party room for a baby shower in June? We'll probably have 20-25 people. Would like to keep the cost under $25/person. A space with lots of natural light would be great, and access to an outdoor patio would be even better. Thank you!

The covered patio at Tabard Inn sounds perfect. Not sure if there is an additional cost for large parties but I always think its the perfect place for baby/wedding showers.

    Another option might be Poste.

I had my bridal shower at Teaism in Penn Quarter (downstairs) - of course, not much natural light and no outdoor patio, but it was really lovely nonetheless. We had the afternoon tea menu with the tea sandwiches, scones and of course, salty oat cookies. They have a separate area downstairs that can be used for parties and we felt quite removed from anyone else dining there.

I was at the Fontaine Caffe a few Saturdays ago and the very nice back room was reserved for what looked like a bridal shower. Not sure if it would be big enough but it looked great. Fontaine is on South Royal Street in Alexandria just off of King Street. There was a nice review in the Post Weekend section last Friday.
