I was nearby a couple weeks ago, and if I was looking at the right spot, it's still a construction area. All I could tell was that it the building is going to be huge.

I participated in that post, Yongeman. I could find Spring 2009, but nothing more. I wanted to narrow it down from the 3 month span of "spring" to the 2 week period of "early June". It's still a guess, but the source being the horse's mouth, it's probably a pretty good one.
