cold pizza

I am a native Rhode Islander and back home many of the bakeries and pizza places serve cold pizza that is mostly dough, sauce and a sprinkling of cheese either round or rectangle in shape. I have ever seen this in NYC and I think that in this pizza capital there must be a place that sells it. Do you know where?

      Have you ever tried the room temperature Roman style pizza at Sullivan Street Bakery or Grandaisy?
