        <content>Hi there, I'm making Zefir (Russian Marshmallows) and I was wondering where I can find apple pectin? Normal gelatin can also be used but I'd rather try with pectin.</content>

      <content>I believe that most of the boxed pectin in the supermarkets in the baking aisle are apple pectin. The cheapest box is the Loblaws/Provigo No Name brand of pectin.</content>
