I'm looking to purchase whole roast duck in Seattle.
Where in the I.D. is the best? Or should I be asking butchers in Queen Anne/Edmonds?
For BBQ in the I.D. I always head to Kau Kau.
I always get mine at the shop on 12th, between S Jackson and S Main. A BBQ joint, there are ducks hanging in the window, $13 or $16. They'll happily chop it up for you if you like, or keep it whole. Super tasty.
You must be thinking of King's Barbecue house. I second this place, good quackflesh.
