TGI Fridays sells frozen cheddar & bacon skins....you could scoop them out and add your own stuffing?
(I've just never heard of frozen potato skins) -
I assume you could buy them at Costco, but honestly, it's so easy to make them, why bother? Just clean baking potatoes, cut them in half, scoop out some of the inside so you have a "hole", and bake until done, maybe 30-40 minutes at 375 F. Then put your cheese in until it melts, add bacon, scallions and sour cream, and Gevork's your uncle, there you are!
