    That's too bad. I ate there once and loved it. I was walking by it just last weekend and thought: I really ought to go there again.

      I have to say that I won't miss it. I had a truly terrible experience there with both food and service. If they had acknowledged how much they screwed up, it would have been fine, but they really didn't care. See my review on Yelp under the name Spike S.

      FWIW, I've never had any problems at Tamarine.

        Yeah, I had reservations to take my husband there for his bday Wed (he loves Tamarind) - they called me today and told me they closed as of Saturday. They were very nice and offered to help make us alternate reservations.

            Au contraire, I've always felt a dollar was better spent at Bong Su than at The Slanted Door.
