Indian like the one in Roy Square?

I'm missing my favorite lunchtime Indian spot which used to be in Roy Square. I'm assuming all of those places are gone now. Anyone know of anything similar within walking distance of Bay and Wellesley?

There is a larger (I think higher quality) Biyriani House at Yonge and Wellesly. It is large and I think they have a lunch buffet.

Biryani House simply moved across the street to Hayden, almost directly south of where they were.

Isn't that the one at Yonge and Wellesley? Do you mean the place in Roy Square moved to Hayden street?

Depends on the incarnation of Biryani House.

The original version in Roy Square, run by Debu Saha, moved to Yonge and Wellesley-Saha later left and it continues to operate under different ownership.

When Saha moved from Roy Square, different owners continued on under the Biryani House name. When Roy Square was vacated, this version moved onto Hayden.

One needs a scorecard to keep track!

              Here is the list

              The original restaurant "Biryani House".
The old Roy Square one "The Biryani House"
which moved to Hayden and is now "Suski's Biryani House".
The current Wellesley one "A1 Biryani House".
