I've had this dessert wine from a few different producers, and it's been WILDLY different in style and nuance. What do you guys think about it, what do you drink it with and what producers do you like?
To clarify: I'm referring to a RED dessert wine.
The Bigaro is a dark pink. Not as red as a Brachetto, but closer to red than white.
I love the Elio Perrone Bigaro, which is a Moscato/Brachetto blend. I don't know if this is what you're talking about, but it's delicious. Very strawberry in flavor profile, with a deliciate mousse.
not rosso but i do like these moscato:
Vignaioli di S. Stefano (Ceretto) Moscato d'Asti Michele Chiarlo Moscato d'Asti Nivole tintero moscato
