    1. "asian inspired": I assume you mean not authentically asian, like fusion. If so, Monsoon East.
      Sushi: Flo
      Authentic asian: Bamboo Garden (Sichuan), Facing East (Taiwanese), Spice Route and Curry Leaf (Indian).

        1. One place I like for "asian-inspired" food is Ginza in Bellevue. They serve sushi there, but I've always been more interested in their cooked food. I've really liked their pumpkin fried rice and green tea pork belly.
