Planning a bbq or clambake for 125 in June. Any suggestions for company's with excellent food, rather than standard bbq catering fare?

OME Caterers is always my go-to for off-site catering, and they've been very creative with all of my ideas. Don't let their (now) fancy site scare you off; they've worked with all sorts of budgets! No connection, other than being a happy customer. www.omecaterers.com

If you are interested in authentic, well done BBQ, try Pig Daddy's. The owner is on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City BBQ Society and the restaurant wins plenty of awards every year.
