Out of curiosity, I recently bought a tub of kukui inamona at the local store (I'm in Hawaii). It is a mixture of ground kukui nut (candle nut) and coarse salt. It's tasty, with oily nuttiness up front and a vaguely sawdusty finish. Apparently it's a standard poke ingredient and condiment, but I think it has potential for other uses.
Any ideas for what I should do with this stuff?
