Mail Order Crawfish

My wife's family has a house down across the river from N'Orleans. I would dearly love to either do an honest to goodness crawfish boil or some crawfish etouffee. Now, for the crawfish boil I would need live crawfish, for the etouffee I could get away with frozen crawfish tails, although I would prefer live to frozen. Any of you out there have a purveyor of crawfish that you swear by?

For both the live critters and the frozen tailmeat (WITH Fat, BTW...important for that etouffee, problematic if you want fried tails - then it's back to live critters) go to:

The frozen tailmeat (minimum 5 bag. order) gives you five 12 oz. bags - weight includes the crawfish fat. (at the moment that item is unfortunately marked "out of stock season". Guess the harvest came up short this year...or folks went nuts buying it for Mardi Gras.)

No bad harvest. Wrong time of year. Crawfish are a spring and summer thing.
