Santorpio's new place

I looked but couldn't find the name of the "new" restaurant owned by the folks of Santorpio. A freind of mine is coming from the left coast and wants to try it. Any help would be apprecaited.

Ecco is great: it's kind of channeling The Franklin with its upscale comfort food, casual/cool vibe, and good cocktails. Chef is the guy who used to be at Oxford Street Grille in Lynn, does some really fine originals, like the short rib shumai, very strong in this idiom overall. Free parking out back! Funny, kind of wild weekend crowd. Very nice addition to Eastie,

Best part is the huge free parking lot! Just down the street from Santarpio's. Nice interior, but a ridiculous # of plasmas.
