Weekend in Hangzhou

Hey, I am going to be in Hangzhou for a couple of days soon and am looking for at least one restaurant recommendation. Some genuine Hangzhou / Jiangnan cuisine would be great (fresh water fish, river snails, pressed duck).

I've also been searching online for a snack street, but haven't found anything yet.

Try Louwailou, it's one of the oldest restaurants in Hangzhou and does a good Dongpo Pork:
