re: Delucacheesemonger
I always get the white rice dishes, forget what they are called on menu, but they come with either roast pork, duck, or both. You can add an egg for a dollar. It just has the meat, some rice, chinese broccoli, and some meat jus of sorts. The addition of the egg is a must. Very good stuff, and the pan seared dumplings are awesome as well.

Just was at LHF and the menu has new, higher prices. It wasn't a bad deal but it wasn't the good deal it always had been.
We had the lamb hot pot. We enjoyed what we ate of it, but a lot of it was whatever you call the lamb version of tripe. Not my thing, but I thought I'd share because I know a lot of you like it!

re: GBak504
thanks guys!
we go here often on friday nights but never order fish/seafood (my hubby is allergic to crustaceans(sp) and we are careful about it), and as i'm not doing meat on fridays right now, we've been skipping it and i've been missing it!
anywho we tried some of your suggestions friday night (the fish with black bean and the salt baked squid) after consulting with our waiter who was very helpful, and LOVED it! they are definately gettign moved into the permanent rotation!
thanks for the suggestions!
