Help Me Remember The Name (in DC)

I figured on the off chance that this resonates with someone here I figured I would give it a shot. I am trying to figure out what the heck this place is called so I can go there.

Anyhow, I believe the restuarant is in NW DC (I want to say on CT. Ave but I could be off there) and in a hotel. On one of the weekend evenings they have an upscale seafood/raw bar thing (buffet).

Does anyone know what on earth I am talking about?

I think you're thinking of the Mayflower Hotel's seafood buffet. I've never been.
