Looking for a great price on fennel pollen

I love using fennel pollen in roasted meat and fish dishes, however, at the pace I'm consuming it and the price I'm paying for it ($20 an ounce at Kalustyan's) I'm concerned that I won't have enough money to send my child to college. Therefore, I would appreciate suggestions for where I can buy it for less than $20 an ounce in either Manhattan, outer-boroughs, or via mail-order.

Thanks for your help.

I work for a fennel and dill pollen compan and you can get fennel pollen spice from our web site www.pollenranch.com. Use the this coupon code CHOWHOUND
Just for you chowhound lovers. :) We can generally get it to you within 2- 3 days. Hope this can help some find what they want.

Try Penzeys Spice at Grand Central. Their price should be slightly lower than Kalustyan's. I guess you can find it at Chinatown or Ethnic markets, but the quality can vary very a lot, most often noticed by the lack of fragrance.

Thanks, I actually tried the Penzeys at GC and they don't sell it there, though I believe I've bought it from them via mail-order. As I recall, Penzeys quality was better (and their price higher) than Kalustyan's but apparently there's not enough demand for them to stock it at GC.

and remember S and H. Kalyustans could easily be best total price.
