Hey Diego did you go to Brewers Plate? There was quite a crowd there ...if I go next year I'm definitely not showing up til 6pm...Some of my highlights: Chicken liver pate with carmelized onions from Abbaye washed down with Saison Vos by Sly Fox; oysters from Choptank Oyster Co & Weyerbacher Double Simcoe ale; Chocolate Brownie and Bourbon Russian Imperial Stout from Iron Hill. There were some awesome shortrib bocadilla sandwiches from Tinto...didn't have the beer pairing with that...so much food and beer I feel like I hardly scratched the surface, but it was fun trying to taste as many things as possible!

We did end up going and had a great time. The venue was awesome! I tried everything except for the two chili dishes. I love chili but I just couldn't fit anything else in. A few of the standouts for me were the sandwiches from Tinto, The beef Ceviche from the South Philadelphia Taproom, The Mahi Mahi tacos from El Vez, the chicken liver pate and of course the Oysters. I also enjoyed the Bourbon imperial Stout, Wild Devil and the Monster which I think he had on Nitro.

        Hard to argue with that.
I will officially be broke after Beer Week.
