leftover water from strained yogurt?
i just strained some yogurt to make it all greeky thick and fage-y. now i have this leftover water, and i seem to recall there was some reason to not just toss it out; i'll be damned if can remember if that's true or why?
so CH? is there some reason not to toss this?
