Carambouche in LA area

Hi. Does anyone know where I could buy/order a carambouche, the pyramid of profiteroles stuffed with cream and enveloped in a web of caramel? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have knowledge that Europane Bakery in Pasadena has made that as a special order once for a friend. I don't know how cheap it would be or if they would do it again but it is worth asking Sumi.

It's been years since my last sampling, but Paris Pastry, on Westwood Blvd., used to do a great job with these (and they probably still do).

I know la Maison du Pain make some, but I've never tried them.

That's croquembouche, and call Monsieur Marcel and ask them to recommend a place... I saw one on display a couple of Christmases ago and it was from somewhere else (i.e., not made in-house).
