Casa, Provecho, or Rivera?
I would definitely skip Provecho. I tried it for DineLA week and was underwhelmed food and service-wise. I've had mixed experiences at Casa; first time with the original chef was only so-so with tiny portions and high prices. More recently tried a burrito for lunch at Casa that was very good, but not sure it was worth the ~$10 price tag. I haven't tried Rivera yet, but the chef John Sedlar is one of the original innovators of this type of cuisine and is an LA restaurant industry veteran.
