Northbay Snapdiva in search of chocolate
Chocolate for me is a necessary food group. I've got my tea and coffee bases covered. I'm looking for chowhounders take on available chocolate places in the North Bay beyond Sees candy (I know where that is). Places with dead on chocolate decadence cakes, eclairs, croissants. A locale with the best mole sauce. North Bay only please within a 40 mile radius of Petaluma. My little engine that could is not as mobile as it used to be.

Flour Chyld in Novato's Old Town. Chocolate things to die for (can't remember their names).

The chocolate croissants at the Downtown Bakery in healdsburg are frequently still available at the end of the day at 50% off. Gandolf's of Forestville makes some lovely chocolate truffles, usually can find him at the Santa Rosa farmers market thought didn't spot him this last visit. Love Woodhouse Chocolates in St Helena, but very expensive.
