Question on Jack’s Luxury Oyster Bar – Sitting at the ‘Bar’ for a group.

I have a quick question on Jack’s Luxury Oyster Bar. I am going with a party of five people and the only time they can give for Saturday that is reasonable is for sitting at the bar (versus a table). How is sitting at the bar (for a group)? They say they can seat us at the corner so that there can be some cross talking.

Any feedback from folks who have been or know the vide would be great.

I love Jack's - the food, the vibe - everything. I've sat on that corner of the bar with 5 people, and it's okay. I would say that if you're not catching up after a long separation, and are going for a fun night out with great food - take the bar seating. If having intimate conversations is more important, it may not be the most appropriate set-up.
