Restaurants w/tea service-South Shore/Cape Cod

I'm planning a bridal shower for no more than 20 guests. The bride has mentioned wanting a tea party. The guests all live on the South Shore and down the Cape.

I've got a list of some tea rooms to contact but since I'm sadly on a budget, I was curious if anyone knew of any restaurants in the South Shore/Cape area that had a tea service of some kind.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi-a tea room opened up this past year in Quincy. Sorry, I cannt recall the name, but a google search should find it. I sampled their tea a thte farmes market and it was very good. They do the whole tea thing (so to speak)tea, nibbies, etc.

When you google, I can tel you it is not Regina Russel's tea room, that's a whole other kettle of fish, or pot of tea! :)

Strawberry Fair in Norwell may have tea service.

      Thank you, Seaside.

I think the place you are talking about is The Hallowed Herbs Tea House in Quincy. They are on my list of places to call!

I actually thought about Strawberry Faire as well. They didn't seem to have any info on their website but I'll add them to my "to call" list.

      Thank you for your help!

There is the Captain's House Inn in Chatham that does tea service. They may be able to accomodate your group but i'm not sure.

I recently went to a baby shower tea at the Captain's House in Chatham and they did a great job. An extensive selection of teas to choose from. Each guest received small plates includes a selection of small sandwiches, quiches, etc. And a plate of desserts as well. It was very nicely done. I would highly recommend it. I would say we were a party of about 20.

I don't think they do parties in the actual location but The Tea Shoppe in the Mashpee Commons caters.

I'd call www.marthasstonesoup.com to check if she's still doing tea. I know she did last year.
less than a mile from route 3 exit 2 south Plymouth.
