Where to eat with a toddler in Charleston, SC?

A plea to the mavens: where do I need to eat in Charleston, SC? I'm going to be there for a few days with my wife and 2-year-old son. What are the best places to eat that would be appropriate for bringing a tot? Are there any restaurants I just can't skip while in town? Thanks very much for any and all advice!

  1. Three Little Birds on James Island is very family friendly. There are crayons on the table and they have a few good offerings for children. Just a thought.
