Well....the most popular restaruant in Key Largo is "The Fish House" and it's in Upper Key Largo....the largest of the Keys....Perhaps a bit pricey....The Fish House is an institution there and it's because the food is consistently good and of course always fresh....A solid choice.....Mrs. Macs is further south by a few miles on the west side (bayside) of the highway.....Nice spot for lunch.....Comfort food mostly....incredible chili.....locals kind of place.....but very popular nonetheless......Others will chime in with solid suggestions......Best restaurants may be in Islamorada.....and Marathon is roughly an hour south depending on traffic......

You might try Gilbert's. I loooove the place. There's a tiki bar with one menu, and a raw bar, and there's a more formal restaurant that I've never tried. The place is just south of Jewfish Creek. The yellowtail ceveche is the best I've had.
