Bahn Mi in Chester Co

Last week's Inquirer had an article on sandwiches, Bahn Mi in particular, which gave me a craving to try some. Is it necessary to travel to Center City? Does anyone know of a place that has Vietnamese sandwiches in Chester County? I'll even settle for Delaware County.

How about MontCo, just a few hundred yards from the DelCo border? Ha Long Bay in Bryn Mawr has them & they're good.
