Who has the best Lamb Shoulder

So i've been following the posts on Cecconi's not being a destination for great food on here, but I had quite the opposite experience. I'd never had lamb shoulder before and their Sonoma Valley lamb shoulder with olives was spectacular one of the best dishes i've had in LA. I also loved the Bolognese, however I was wondering if Cecconi's lamb shoulder isn't up to par with some of the other places in LA then who has the best Lamb Shoulder. This was my first experience with Lamb that tender, flavorful, and flaky.

Dunno if it's the "best", but try the lamb shoulder at Chameau. http://www.chameaurestaurant.com/rest...

Oh right i have had lamb shoulder before at Chameau "mind hiccup" it was very good as well, I really like Chameau I think it gets overlooked too often. But I liked the cecconi's version much better, I am 99.9 percent sure i didn't forget about any other places.
