Spending the night tomorrow night in Cedar Rapids, Where should I go for drinks and dinner.

If you want greasy tenderloins, head up to Joensy's in Center Point. Its ten minutes north.

If you want something depressing, go the the flooded Czech historic neighborhood. I think one restaurant actually reopened since the simmer.

If you don't mind driving, Lincoln Cafe in Mount Vernon is superb. I am a SoCal transplant from LA area.
