Best Sweet Potato Fries
I am a huge sweet potato fry fan and just had (possibly) the best SPF of my life at Johnny's Luncheonette in Newton Centre. I also love them from BGood. Where else has great sweet potato fries? I prefer them softer, hand cut, lightly fried, and still taste like a sweet potato. Thank you!

Boston Beer Works has my favorite sweet potato fries, and they serve them with raspberry vinaigrette.

Hmm.. never tried Boston Beer Works. Sunset Bar & Grill also gives you a HUGE order with a raspberry vinaigrette.

I dunno, having had them at both BBW & the Chicken Bone Saloon they both were more crispy than soft and were both just okay. I've also had them at other places around the country but they've always left me a bit disappointed. Kinda like they're better as a concept than a reality. From what I gather they're more difficult than potatoes to fry-up properly. I guess I'll have to make a trip to Johnny's and see what I've been missing! :-D

I always liked them at Doyle's, though they are served with a bizarre ketchupy-BBQ sauce concoction with onions in it.

Bartley's has delicious Sweet Potato Fries. I always get them instead of the regular fries with my cheeseburgers. I love Bartley's and I love their lime rickies too.

I am a big fan of the sweet potato fries at Bison County in Waltham on Moody street. The only annoying thing is if you get them as a side instead of the regular fries, they charge you an extra buck! I hate when places do that!

Bukowski's has some rather excellent ones. Oh man, now I'm craving them... and an Affligem.

I will second the recs for Bukowski's, Bartley's and Sunset. I'll also throw the SPFs from Abe&Louies/Atlantic Fish in the mic.
The last order I had at Johnny's were actually a bit soggy.

Chacarero in Boston has baked sweet potato fries at lunch time till they run out. They're skin on, and rather soft and whimpy, but taste like a real sweet potato. They come with a spicy mayo.
