No matter the hour it can be a bit pretentious, but the food is of excellent quality and the lunch menu is a steal. As the other repliers posted, neither Sripraphai nor Spicy Mina is all that far (10-15 mins walk max). Both are excellent and well worth the walk. Northern Blvd itself has an excellent cabbie joint, some very good South American places and more, but almost everything is further east in Jax Hts, and not especially veg-friendly. The area near the [G]-R-V stop is mostly fast food for mall shoppers. If you discover anything do let us know.
