fish and chips + oceanview = ?

I have tried to search the posts and previus threads, but to no avail. My fairly frail and persnickety grandparents have a hankering for fish and chips by the ocean. We are fairly open to traveling, but as these people are in their mid-80's, it'f be nice to keep in the Ventura/Oxnard area...Santa Barbera area maybe. Anyone got any suggestions?

neptunes net has ocean views and a good variety. the fish and chips are just passable, but the setting is simple. Near county line (LA ventura)

Andria's (very casual) and Brophy Bros. right next door (slightly more upscle) in Ventura Harbor both have fish and chips and with a harbor view.

Folks, please do continue the discussion of coastal dining at venues in L.A. and Ventura
Counties here, but please, start another discussion about the Santa Barbara County coastal dining scene on the California board.

        Thanks.

Should put an SB in your title and repost on the California board.

If it is not too far away and they are up to sitting outside and ultra casual is ok then Malibu Seafoods is my favorite for fish & chips and there is an ocean view and people watching! BYOB and stemware/glasses without any corkage. Most folks bring wine, I bring craft beer.
