Upstate catering

I am planning a wedding at my home in the hills west of Albany. We're thinking bbq, possible a pig roast, and I'm looking for bbq spots/caterers reasonably nearby: Greene or northern Ulster county or Capital region. Any suggestions, upstaters?

We use Old Daley Catering in Troy with great result, especially for what you are looking for. They will do just about anything and are reliable, concerned and very meticulous. I went to a catered outdoor party done by D'Raymonds in Albany where the food was great as well but it was not bbq. Good luck, report back on your result...

Definitely check out Hickory in Kingston. They do great pig roasts that friends have raved about and I know that they travel all over upstate. They were in Troy last year for the pig out. Website is www.hickoryrestaurant.com.
