Any good deals/specials?

It seems that lately some restaurants are offering different specials/deals, which is a nice way to go out without killing my budget. Maybe we can try to round them up here?

I'll start with the two I know -
Irving Mill - $15 burger and beer on Mondays
(great burger!)

Mermaid Inn - $20 Lobster Roll & beer in Feb (daily, 5:30 - 7:30)
I think they'll have a new special for March, not sure what.

Any more?

Has anyone heard that York Grill has a $19.95 prix fixed dinner special Mondays-Thursday nights? Have you tried it?
