  1. Hey Kevin, check out Goldstar.com

    1. Goldstar discount tickets are sold out, unfortunately. Here's a link to information:

how does goldstar keep the tickets cheap or do they purhcase them and then sell at the reduced price? was this also advertised somewhere in the cheap tickets section of the newspaper or something like that. thanks.

I think they have relationships with the venues or production companies to get so many tickets cheap to start the buzz. On Tuesday it ALL over twitter when the tickets were annouced...

            Yep, thanks.

I had to resort to full price tickets. Oh, well. It might just steal be somewhat of a deal. that is if there is anything left to eat and the lines are not beyond atrocious.

i'd probably recommend getting there 3pm sharp if not a tad bit earlier.

has anyone been to the location they are holding it at?

well, at least it ain't 300 smackers like the Wolfgang Puck Meals on Wheels foodie fest. i guess this fest is more of an egalitarian, proletariat fest although it is still pricy nontheless.

              Yeah, it's like the one food event that's not a fundraising/charity :P

Very interesting lineup though - although a lot of them have not done these types of events, so let's cross our fingers and hope they provide enough food!
              Will be seeing you there!
