Keeping Tortillas Warm for Buffet

We are hosting a party on Saturday and will have a carnitas/taco bar as the main course. We're not sure of the best way to keep the corn tortillas warm for the buffet table. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your replies.

    I have just returned from a trip where my breakfast was included every morning, buffet style. Twice during the stay, they offered Migas and Chorizo with eggs. The tortillas/taco shells were wrapped in a napkin, in a hotel pan, above a water bath with Sterno below to heat the water and keep the food hot. The pan was not covered for the corn shells, only the flour ones.

    If you have an electric hotplate or elctric grill, you could use that for the corn torillas. simply place them directly on the heat.....or in a covered pan without moisture.

        They also have styro and melamine tortilla warmers at the big discount stores. I have both, and they work well (the styro better but it's not pretty!).
