Chef's Table at Edgewater Hotel......Excellent Dish

Was in tonight, they had a Louisiana Theme going this week. Had as the main course "Mirleton & Crab Gratin with Shellfish Trio". It was one of those rare dishes that is close to perfect. If you have considered the Chef's Table, now is a great time to go. Order this dish..... Laurie said the dish would be on the menu next week as well. They are located in Winter Garden.
