Whole Grain Baguettes at Greene Grape Provisions

Although I find the prices at Greene Grape Provisions out of control, I'm becoming addicted to their whole grain baguettes. Does anyone know where they are made? Or, alternatively, can someone recommend a recipe?

I think it says right on the side that they are made at some bakery in the Bronx

Am I right about that?
