Maureen & Daughters/Smithtown: best time for bkfst on Sunday?

I've heard how jammed this place is on weekends. Is there a less-bad time to get there, perhaps late morning (10:30 or so)? I'm coming from Massapequa (to drop my nephew off at Stony Brook U) so super-early morning would be dreadful.

Go early. If you go late, and you're a party of two, ask for the counter.

It's been a while since I have been but I wanna toss out my 2 fave dishes:
Baked Oatmeal (to DIE for)
Grilled cheese...brilliant since it is prepared as a triple-decker

Scott, I've found that later is better. Several times we've gotten there around 11-11:30 and only had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table for four. Definitely worth the wait, and of course they are open on Sunday.
