I'm taking my granddaughter to MoMA tomorrow and she loves Japanese food. What would be a good and fun (i.e., lively and not formal so that a teenager would like it) place near MoMA or Times Square?
This is actually a new Japanese joint that opens today in TImes SquareInakayaNY Times building231 W. 40th St212-354-2195http://www.urbandaddy.com/slideshow/n...
I just read about INAKAYA today and booked a reservation for Tuesday. Thought it would be a perfect spot for a ladies-night-out for 5 of us. If anyone out there gets to try it before Monday (3/2), please post your review and/or menus.
teenagers love Ruby Foo's. lots of sushi rolls. the fried chocolate bananas are good dessert
I had a most memorable meal at Inakaya in Tokyo a few years ago. Hope this one is as fun and delicious!
