Fried Chicken in Rhode Island?

Anyone able to find any really good fried chicken in Rhode Island?

I've tried a couple of places on Broad Street but not had any luck...

Thanks for any suggestions!

Kennedy Fried Chicken in Olneyville Square is fairly good. Light- no heavy greasy feeling with interestingly spiced batter.
Chartley Country store out in Rehoboth (there's another in Norton which I've never visited) also light -a little dryer (some people like that especially for cold leftovers and picnics). The Chartley Store chicken has a very crunchy batter. It's a convenience store so you probably want to take it somewhere to eat it. Also check out their fascinatingly huge cuts of meat (think Flintstones opening credits.)

I was surprised at how crisp and tasty the fried chicken is at Angelo's Civita Farnese on Federal Hill in Providence.

Wow...I guess that answers the question....only ONE place in RI for good fried chicken! I guess I'll have to start driving South when the craving hits....

            Thanks for the recommendation!
