Pastries near Eaton Centre

I am looking for a place that makes croissants, danishes etc. near or around the Eaton Centre. Anywhere between Queen & Yonge to Dundas & Yonge. Its for about 6-8 people, for a breakfast meeting at an office location. There is a Senses at Queen & Yonge but that's too expensive.

I don't know if there is a good bakery in the Eaton Centre.

I need it for tomorrow (Friday) morning as the meeting is at 9 a.m. and I have to get the pastries by about 8:15.

I'm too late I guess for the poster's time lines but Croissant Tree under the Atrium on the Bay side has a nice selection of croissants.

There's a Kitchen Table at the Atrium on Bay. Go early enough and you'll get hot, fresh croissants. Nothing spectacular, but good enough.

How about Richtree at the bottom floor of the Eaton Centre food court?

Oh I never even thought of it.

But...I did retail for a few weeks at the Eaton Centre and the staff told me to stay away from Richtree and the Juice place in the bottom floor due to "pest" issues.

What about the Senses bakery at 2 Queen E?

Im assuming its more expensive than the regular bakeries. I am in charge of purchasing the pastries and won't be re-imbursed.

Okay, this isn't exactly what you want but time is tight! There is a place called Bakery 18 in the bottom floor of the Atrium on Bay complex, which is just north of the Eaton Centre. You can access that mall by walking north through the Dundas subway station. It is a Chinese bakery that sells a wide variety of fresh and tasty buns. You could stock up on some of the sweeter ones like coconut, custard, etc. and they'd be great with coffee. They're about $1 to $1.25 each and individually wrapped. http://www.bakery18.com
